View a Reward Category

To view or edit the properties of a Reward Category:

1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Reward Categories from the side navigation menu. The Reward Categories screen is displayed.

2. Optionally, enter a search string in the Search field. You can search for Reward Categories based on their Display Name or Internal Name. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Reward Categories that meet your search criteria.

3. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Category ID.

4. Click the name of the desired Reward Category. The Edit Reward Category pop-up window is displayed.

5. Optionally, make any changes to the Reward Category properties. For more information on these properties, see Create a Reward Category.

6. Click Save.
